The Bellman Domino PRO is a wireless listening system that can help address these issues for people with a hearing loss. If you wear hearing aids or a cochlear implant the Bellman Domino PRO works with the T or telecoil program, and if you don’t wear hearing aids but still require assistance it can be used with discrete earbuds or headphones.

Distance and Noise are the main factors that make listening difficult. With the Bellman Domino PRO you can overcome these issues.  The wireless transmitter is worn by the person who is speaking or you can place it in the middle of the table.  It picks up the sound and sends it wirelessly to the receiver that you can wear around your neck or place in your pocket.

While listening you can adjust the volume and alter the tone of the sound you are listening to. You basically have more control of the listening environment.  With an option telephone adaptor, you can also connect the Domino PRO listening system to your office phone. This gives you the ability to hear more in meetings and on the phone.

The system is rechargeable and provides you with approximately 8 – 10 hours of operation. Powered by lithium-ion batteries it’s also quick to charge via USB or the supplied power supply.

The system has an operating range of up to 30 m. This is perfect for seminars where you can place the microphone transmitter on the lectern and sit anywhere in the theatre.

How it works

Domino consists of a transmitter and a receiver.

1. The receiver captures speech close to you. Wear it around your neck or place it on the table in front of you.

2. The transmitter picks up speech from further away. Just place it across the table – or ask your colleague, schoolmate or teacher to wear it.

Hear without effort

Domino uses digital technology to enhance speech and filter out unwanted background noise before it reaches your hearing aid or cochlear implant. The clean and crisp sound makes it easier to hear the words above the noise. Click below to hear what it sounds like.

Just point and listen

Both the receiver and the transmitter are equipped with a directional microphone. When you are in a particularly busy environment, you can just ‘point’ Domino to your company and the noise will disappear and the words will come out.

This is useful in for instance canteens, restaurants and terminals, where it would otherwise be very difficult to hear what is being said.
