What is NDIS?
NDIS stands for National Disability Insurance Scheme and has been put in place by the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) to support those with disabilities.

What makes someone eligible for NDIS assistive technology?
To be eligible for the NDIS scheme you must:
Be between 7 and 65
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder
Live in Australia
Have a disability caused by a permanent impairment
Require disability-specific support to complete daily tasks
Think that NDIS assistive technology will reduce the need for future support
Need support for your family to take the pressure off them
