The Brooks EIB170RFAU Strobe and Vibration Pad Bundle offers a robust safety solution for Australians who are deaf or hard of hearing. With a high intensity Xenon strobe and a powerful pillow vibration pad, this device guarantees reliable fire and carbon monoxide alerts day or night, waking even deep sleepers during emergencies. Its RadioLINK™ wireless interconnection pairs seamlessly with up to 12 Brooks smoke and CO alarms, providing coverage across the home with an effective RF range of up to 100 metres.
Mains powered operation is secured by a rechargeable backup battery to maintain performance during outages, while simple wall or surface mounting and unique House-Coding ensure both easy installation and secure, interference-free operation. Fully compliant with AS3786:2014 and eligible for NDIS funding, this bundle is a preferred choice in homes needing accessible, compliant alarm alerts.

The EIB170RFAU is designed to be powered from a permanent mains power supply. It also contains a rechargeable battery that provides back-up power in the event of mains failure.
Please make sure that you have a dedicated wall socket specifically for this unit to be permanently plugged in. If you do not, then we highly recommend having our qualified electricians install one for you.

For safety reasons and the integrity of this strobe light to work when urgently required, this unit should always be plugged directly into a wall socket and not plugged into any kind of powerboard.
