Support at Home Program Provider

Hear for Less is a Registered Support at Home Program Provider helping seniors achieve their daily living goals at home and on the go. With over 300 solutions, Hear for Less has provided hundreds of solutions through the, now retired, Home Care Package.

1. Support at Home Program Overview:

   • The Support at Home program helps older Australians remain independent at home longer by providing coordinated aged care services.

   • It replaces previous programs like Home Care Packages and Short-term Restorative Care.

   • Services include clinical support (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy), help with daily living activities, and assistive technology and home modifications (AT-HM).

2. Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM):

   • The AT-HM scheme provides upfront funding for equipment and modifications to make homes safer and more accessible.
