The Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus comes with the Head-to-Toe 1536P HD Video, motion detection & alerts, and Two-Way Talk (2023 release) and cloud recording, so you can view who is at your door from your smartphone, tablet or computer. 

N.B: You must have both WiFi and a Smart device, like a smartphone in order for the Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus to work as intended. 

You must only set up the Ring Plus solution on one smart device first. Once completed then you can download the Ring App to other devices and log in. 

The Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus also has a replaceable rechargeable battery. Simply select "Add A 2nd Battery" if you wish to have an extra on hand to use whilst charging the drained battery.

The Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus combined with the Bellman multi-purpose transmitter enhances your Bellman system to be notified via bright flashing lights, sound or vibration when connected to other Bellman Visit receivers.

What Are My Pre Installation Tasks?

Once you receive your new Ring Plus solution, you will need the follow these important steps for a smooth set-up.

1. Make sure your smart device has the latest software downloaded (IOS or Android)
2. Make sure your device is fully charged
3. Make sure your device is connected to your home Wifi
4. Download the Ring App
5. You will need your home Wifi Password
6. Think of a memorable Password to create a login for the Ring App
7. Username is be your email address
8. Make sure the Ring Battery(s) are fully charged - can take about 4 or so hours.

N.B: The Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus does not come with a USB wall charger. You can use any USB wall charger or device, such as a laptop, to charge the battery to full.

Once these 8 steps have been completed the full installation process can begin.

What Optional Subscriptions Are Available?

You don't need a subscription to use the Ring Video Doorbell as you will be able to see, via your smart device, who is at your door. However, should you wish to view historical video footage, then there are in App purchase options allowing you to do so. Access to this data starts the moment you subscribe and can be paid monthly or you can save by paying annually directly to Ring.
